Zone 18 Showjumping Championships

FULL COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE THROUGHOUT THE EVENT.
Full details will be sent with the Registration letter sent at the close of entries so that we have the most up to date information available. Anyone who is displaying any symptoms of being unwell, or who has been in contact with those displaying symptoms, will not be permitted to attend the event.
Riders must be current financial members of PCANSW. Grading and attendance cards MUST be handed in on the morning. Riders who do not present a Grading Card will only be permitted to compete in Intro/Mini E grade, no exceptions.
All riders must be off lead and be able to ride independently.
Juniors and associates will compete in the same competition.
Ribbons will be awarded for 1st– 5th in each round at the conclusion of the round for Grades E-A. Grade Champions for the Day will be awarded at the conclusion of all events for Grades E-A. Intro/Mini E riders will not be placed and will be awarded with a ribbon for a clear round.
Nominated event for Jump Card points will be the Art 245.3 (AM7).
Riders must have attended 3 rallies in the past 24 months to be eligible for Grade Champion. Boarding students and those heavily affected by Covid will be eligible for an exception with a letter from their Club Secretary to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Wednesday 8th December.
HC horses are permitted for riders graded C Grade and higher. A HC horse is a riders second horse who will be ridden non-competitive. Both horses must be PC Showjump graded with the rider. HC horses must have full set of tack which cannot be changed between horses at any stage of the day.
All Pony Club rules apply and will be enforced unless specified in this program. Events will be run according to the PCANSW Showjumping Rules.
Riders must wear Pony Club uniform, including helmets, elastic-sided boots, long-sleeve button up shirt, tie, jodhpurs/breeches and club jumper (weather dependant). Club saddle cloths must be used. Jodhpurs of beige/cream/banana must be worn and stock pants and doger/roper boots are not permitted. This is a Zone Championship and uniform regulations will be taken seriously. Riders in any other colour pants will not be permitted to ride. All riders are permitted single colour leather grain gaiters.
This is an event for Junior and Associate riders only as we need all adults to help run the day. No persons over the age of 26 years are permitted to ride at any point during the day.
Every family must provide at least one volunteer.
No responsibility will be accepted by the NPC or Zone 18 in the event of any accident or damage.
All riders must be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian whilst on the grounds and must not leave the showground without permission of the responsible parent or guardian.
Camping (inc toilets and showers) permitted at the showground for a fee – see Omni.
Program can be changed at the discretion of the NPC committee at any time.

Entries via Omni closing 9th December 2021. NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted.
Refunds will be issued up until the close of the event. Any withdrawals after this will only receive a refund if a medical or vet certificate are provided, or if there is a Covid concern. Refunds will be issued in the week following the event.
