This event is for riders who have been selected to attend the PCA National Championships to be held in Sydney | 7 OCT - 13OCT 2019.
Use your Pony Club ID (member number) and your password to commence your TeamVIC Nationals payments.
If you are a member of more than one team please select all disciplines you are competing in. Quiz people you will be asked to provide a horse please just select whatever horse you have in the system.
Rider Entry Fee is $595 and will be charged once per participant.
Coach Contribution Fee | $85 Compulsory Fee
This fee is compulsory please select ADD, the system will not allow you to progress with your booking without adding this product. The $85 fee covers instruction at the September training day and whilst at the competition.
Camp booking (6 nights: $180 or 7 nights: $200)
Each family is expected to pay for 1 site, please indicate in the question space who will be on your campsite. If you need extra sites just change the quantity. An extra nights camping can be ordered for the 6th OCT if you would like to arrive a day early.
Stable booking | $375 (inc $100 refundable bond)
Each horse you bring requires a stable (a $100 refundable bond is included in this price), refunds will be issued after the event via an online refund request form to enable us to get correct bank details. If you need extra stables just change the quantity.
Official Dinner Booking - Parents/Supporters ($90/ticket)
Official Dinner Bookings can be made for parents, siblings or other supporters.
Feed/Tote Bag ($5), Drink bottle ($10), Coffee keep ($15), & Hay Net are all available for purchase to support the Team. Items ordered will be delivered at the final training day 14 September 2019.
ADD TO MERCHANDISE/EXTRAS
Once you have completed this booking if you find you need extra campsites, stables, official dinner tickets or you just desperately need that coffee keep, you can log back into your profile and add to your order until the event page is closed.
Simply log into your Member Profile go to EVENTS | My Events, find the TeamVIC - National Entry Fees event and click on the MERCHANDISE button.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
Once the Payment Sheet is closed we will aim to get you to review your order and confirm you have booked everything you need.
