Showjumping AM7- Intro, E, D, C, B, A *Ribbons for Clear Round in Intro Grade, no placing. Led riders are not permitted to jump.
We will hold the JGK Earthmoving Western Pole Bend Spectacular and the Leanne Miners Memorial Horsemanship Award will also be presented.
All attendees must sign in by QR code prior to entering the grounds.
COVID-safe canteen and BBQ providing breakfast, lunch, morning & afternoon tea.
This event is open to all current financial junior and associate members of PCANSW, regardless of their zone.
Attendance and jumping cards to be presented at registration. NO CARD NO JUMP.
All riders must have completed a minimum of three (3) instructional rally days in the preceding 12 months to be eligible for Champion.These riders will be eligible for places in each event and Age Champion however only Zone 18 riders will be eligible for the overall Zone 18 Sporting Champion.
All standard Pony Club rules apply.
Assisted riders remain with that group all day.
UNIFORM: Riders must wear full formal pony club uniform, (club saddle cloth, beige/fawn jods, white blouse with club tie, woollen v-neck jumper, elastic-sided boots, approved helmets). Trousers and roper boots are not to be worn whilst riding in this event. We will be ensuring that all riders comply with the current PCANSW rules in regard to uniform and tack. Only new riders to Pony Club will be allowed concession. Unsafe and non-compliant tack will not be permitted under any circumstances.
All families must provide at least one volunteer.
Any protests are to be lodged in writing, within 30 minutes of the event placing being announced, accompanied by a deposit of $50.
Program may be altered at Adaminaby Pony Club’s discretion.
Adaminaby Pony Club will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss or damage to riders, horses, spectators or property.
One horse, one rider. No HC horses are permitted.
Refunds will be permitted for withdrawals prior to close of entry only. After this, refunds will only be issued upon presentation of vet or medical certificate.
No dogs allowed.

If this changes before the event day for you or any person attending with you, you must advise the coaches and the affected person may not attend the event.
Attendees are discouraged from carpooling to or from this event when possible.
On arrival at the event, all attendees (riders, helpers and spectators) must register their attendance and check in using the provided QR Code or sign-in book.
