This is for LHPC riders only.

This is for all levels of riders.

Venue will be Livingstone Reserve - LHPC home ground.

You will be placed in a team. Your team will get 1 hour of training will Nicole. You will then get 1 hour break to practise and choose a song then you will get half an hour for your team to do your final demonstration.

Its heaps of fun and a heaps of laughs.
