Showjumping Performance Cards along with Horse Health Declarations must be handed to theSecretary when collecting Back Numbers Please bring your own back number holders or safety pins.Two horse rule changes apply (applies to Showjumping and Jumping Equitation), a competitor may ride twohorses in the same or different heights. Each horse is eligible to be placed in each class and also for Overallawards.
Seniors Can ride in any of the heights from Official & Unofficial sections. Must choose from Official Classes: 1to 6 to be eligible for overall Senior award. If they do not choose a height/grade when nominating they will beplaced in 80cm class. They will ride with the group and be placed as if part of the group, then points will berecorded separately so as not take a place from riders under 26. Once nominated classes cannot bechanged on the day.
Stewards: All Clubs are asked to help out on the day of the competition. In particular, to ensure thesmooth running of the Competition, we will be asking for helpers to help adjust the courses and pick uprails during the event. We may also need to call for pencillers. If everyone helps a bit it will make for awell-run and enjoyable day for our competitors.
PCAQ Rider ID / Membership Card: From January 2006 PCAQ require that all riders produce their“PCAQ Rider ID card” on the day. (This is in addition to grading cards where applicable to the classentered) This ID number must be included on the event nomination form.
Protests: Should be lodged within 30 minutes of the results being posted, or the incident andaccompanied by a $50.00 fee which is refundable only if protest is upheldPCAQ rules Apply to all events
Code of Conduct: PCAQ and Greenbank Pony Club Code of Conduct will be in effect. Bad language,excessive striking of horse, abuse or disrespect to any official will result in disqualification.
