Entries close: All nominations to be received online via My Pony Club. The nominations period will run from Monday 14th September until midnight Monday 28th September. Numbers in each class will be capped so nominate early to avoid disappointment. Nominations will close once cap or closing date is reached, whichever comes first.
Performance Cards: Performance cards are required for Official classes 1-11 and must be handed in at registration (prior to commencement of the event or rider will ride HC).
HORSE AND PARTICIPANT HEALTH DECLARATION FORM IS REQUIRED (available from the PCQ website)
This event will be run under the relevant COVID Stage restrictions applicable on the day, PCQ COVID requirements and the Outdoor Sport (Equestrian) Plan (including registration of all attendees)

Important information for all riders and parents – please read carefully
REGISTRATION: At the Clubhouse, Horse and Participant Health Declaration must be provided. Performance Cards (Classes 1-11) must be provided or rider will ride HC. Riders please refer to the programme on page 1 for class number and dressage test.

TWO HORSE RULE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the organising committee has determined that for this event the PCQ two horse rule will NOT apply. Riders are only permitted to nominate one horse.
CALLERS: Callers are not permitted for the Dressage test due to this being a Combined Training competition, with the exception of Class 12 Unofficial 12 years & under.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event as necessary or combine classes if less than 3 competitors (combined classes will jump at the lower height).
Neither the Hendra Pony Club nor the organizing committee or PCQ accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to riders, spectators or any other person or property within, whatsoever.
In the event of horse movement restrictions, each participant will be responsible for the care, maintenance and cost of their horse/horses. Including and not limited to feeding, watering, and vet cost for the time of the restrictions.
All HPC Officials and the organising committee have completed the PCQ required online training course. COVID-Safe requirements will be enforced i.e. provision of hand-sanitizers, entry signage, registration of all attendees, social distancing, etc as outlined in both the Outdoor Sports (Equestrian Plan) and PCQ documentation plus any Stage COVID-Safe requirements. On entry to the venue all attendees agree to follow COVID-Safe practices aligned to the Queensland State Government recommendations. Do not attend if you or anyone attending with you is unwell.
