CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
? ? This is a pre-nominated event. Riders must be a financial member of a PCAQ affiliated club. Pre-nomination $15-00. Pre-nominations close Saturday 15th August 6pm.
? If you are unwell the morning of the event please do not come as we have COVID-19 policies we are required to follow. We must Record names and details of everyone who attends on the day. Make sure you sign in the register that will be available at the office, for ALL of your family. Spectators must adhere to social distancing rules of 1.5m and must not congregate in areas. Please park with social distancing in mind. Sanitiser stations will be on the grounds, please use them and wash your hands regularly.
? BIOSECURITY – All Horse owners and competitors should be aware that you have a biosecurity obligation to take all reasonable steps to ensure your activities do not spread a pest, disease or contaminant. Competitors are asked to ensure good biosecurity practices at home and at the event and to follow the instructions of the organising committee and the Biosecurity Manager or risk expulsion from the event. All horses entering the grounds must be in good health, with no signs of Illness. Horse Health Declarations HHD are a Mandatory requirement for all events. Do not share equipment, including food and water containers between horses. Competitors are responsible for cleaning up manure from yards and the grounds and placing it in the designated areas. Please use your own shovel/rake. Competitors are required to advise the event organisers immediately is a horse is sick. Everyone handing the horse show wash or sanitise hands and stop all non essential contact
? Riders MUST BE IN FULL CLUB UNIFORM to receive trophies. All 8yrs & Under will receive a trophy/medallion at the end of the day
? PCAQ rules apply to events & gear, Helmets must be ASA3838 or better. Rowel Spurs are allowed for riders 13 years and over, but PCAQ & Burpengary Pony Club has a ZERO blood tolerance policy
? No Western Saddles allowed [Saddles with Horns], Stock Saddles [without a horn] must have a surcingle and girth or two points.
? One horse One Rider, One Rider One Horse
? The Committee reserves the right to alter the program in any way that may be deemed necessary. All riders compete at their own risk. No Stallions or Rigs are permitted on the grounds for any reason
? There must be NO OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE offered to competitors by Stewards, other competitors or spectators, this entails ELIMINATION!
? The judges and stewards decision is FINAL.
? Any dispute must be in writing, with $50-00 fee, within 30 minutes of the event, and will be settled by the Dispute Committee. In the event of a tie, a count back will be made to determine the winner
? Bad language, excessive striking of the horse, abuse or disrespect to the Judge will result in disqualification from the event and/or the day considered appropriate by the Judge.
? No alcohol allowed until after the completion of the end of day presentation.
? SMOKING PROHIBITED IN COMPETITION AREA AND CANTEEN FACILITIES
? NO DOGS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS.

RESERVATION OF RIGHT - The Organisers reserve the right:
(a) To cancel any class or event; (d) To refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason;
(b) To divide any class; (e) To transfer competitors between sections of a class;
(c) To alter the advertised times; (f) To combine classes if less than 3 competitors
