Eligibility
Camp is open to all current financial members of NSW Pony Club
Fees
$80 First Rider/$75 subsequent riders from the same immediate family
This includes instruction, all meals and yards
Camping $20 per site
Additional Meals for the duration of Camp Adults -$40, Children $30
Individual Meals may be purchased for Saturday night dinner, Adults - $15, Children $10

Registration
9am until 10am Saturday - On arrival please go the office to register, you will receive an armband and have your helmet & cross country vest tagged
Volunteers
It would be greatly appreciated if all parents/guardians help over the weekend. After you have registered you will be emailed a helper registration form to complete and email back. Thank you for your help.
Outside Assistance
Parents are asked not to distract riders while under instruction. Should you have any concerns please see the Club President/Senior Instructor
Responsible Adult
Every rider must have a responsible adult (18+) on the grounds at all times during camp.
Camp Sites
No horses in the camping area, Please leave your camp site clean and tidy, One power lead per camp site – must be tagged and dated
Yards
Please keep yards clean during camp
Yards must be totally cleaned at the end of camp and manure & bedding placed in the marked areas
Zone 2 Cross Country & Show Jumping Grading
There will be an opportunity to be assessed for regarding over the weekend, please indicate on the registration form if you need this.
COVID SAFETY
We will have QR Codes for you to check in as part of the registration process. As we all know Covid regulations can change very quickly. We will give more details on the final time table but please be aware we will be following all Covid rules and regulation and expect all riders, parents, families and spectators to do the same.
Please remember if you are not able to attend due to Covid we will offer a refund after close of entries
HORSE/PONY/RIDING REGULATIONS
Riders must provide their own horse. One horse one rider, one rider one horse.
Riders must feed & water their own horse and keep the stable clean, they are responsible for the care of their own belongings.
No rider may rider a horse unless under instruction from a Group Leader or Activity Instructor. This applies from the time riders arrive on the grounds at the start of the camp until they leave at the end of the camp.
No person not enrolled at camp is not permitted to ride.
Every rider must wear an approved helmet marked AS 3838 or ASTM F 1163 or EN1138 (made before 2016 ) or VG1 at all times and it must have been tagged on registration.
Every rider on the cross country course must wear a body protector manufactured after 2009 and labeled as complying with one of the following standards - EN13158:2009 level 3 BETA 2009 Level 3 EN13158:2018 level 3 BETA 2018 Level 3, Body Protectors must have be tagged on registration.
All horses must be stabled on the grounds for the duration of the camp unless prior arrangements have been made with the Harden Pony Club.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING?
Every item of equipment MUST be marked with the child’s name.
No responsibility will be taken for lost property. Listed are suggested minimum requirements
Meals - Bring your own plate, bowl, cutlery and tea towel to all meals. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Sleeping – Provide your own sleeping arrangements. Tent/float etc, all camp sites must have a responsible adult(18+) present at all times and to sleep.
Clothing, and riding attire – Please include wet weather gear
Horse - food, bedding, rugs (if you use), brushes, water bucket, headstall, bridle, saddle, saddlecloth, stable rake.
