Please register your planned attendance including Rider and Adult Supporters. Registration is required to attend this rally. This is a new system so please be patient and understand we may not have it all perfectly working.
As per government regulations and Covid-19 guidelines numbers will be restricted andall personsmust be registered.
Each Rider and Adult Supporter will need a separate log in and registration as a member.
Current Members register to the rally for no cost.
Adult Supporters register for free - if you don't have a user id and log in already you need to set one up.
Ride and Try registrations need to be applied for when setting up a user registration - the fee is paid directly when registering on line.
Guest Riders register as a guest and process the $25 rally cap.
Gisborne Members do not pay a fee but push through the credit card function as $0.00
Due to the COVID-19 rules there will only be a short lunch break, and there is not a canteen. Ther is not club meeting as per COVID-19 guidelines but please read the notice board.
The intent is to offer 4 lessons (Dressage, Jumping, Cross Country and Games) for all riders over the day. Please select the sessions you want to attend - if you are coming for the day please select all 4. This is to allow planning if you know you can't stay all day or have an issue with a session. Please select the horse per session. If you wish to attend on 2 horses you may have 2 shared dressage lessons if numbers permit.
Groups will be finalised once RSVP's are confirmed.
Adult Supporters must select a volunteer job. If there are not enough volunteers for a particular job you may need to be flexible but the intent it so offer you the chance to select the job that suits your day.
Gear check is to be carried out by the Adult Supporter responsible - you can ask coaches for help but they cannot touch your gear.
Sanitisation stations will be set up at the shed and gates. Please spray the gate when you use it and wear gloves for equipment where possible.
