Back Numbers: Please bring your own back number holder
Optimum times earning 1100 points are:
Stewards: All Clubs are asked to help out on the day of the competition. In particular, to ensure the smooth running of the Competition, we will be asking for helpers to help adjust the courses and pick up rails during the event. We may also need to call for pencillers. If everyone helps a bit it will make for a well-run and enjoyable day for our competitors.
HHD: Horse and Participant Health Declarations to be handed in prior to the start of the event.

Refunds: Will be made providing the organizing body is advised of the scratching before the commencement of the event and a written request including a vet or doctor’s certificate is sent to the organizing committee within a week of the event: A 10% administration fee may be retained.
Draw: Draw will be available on our Facebook page by 10pm, Thursday 4 March 2021.
Protests: Should be lodged within 30 minutes of the results being posted, or the incident and accompanied by a $50.00 fee which is refundable only if protest is upheld
PCA 2019 National rules Apply with a few scoring modifications as stated above for the running of unofficial classes
Code of Conduct: PCQ and Greenbank Pony Club Code of Conduct will be in effect. Bad language, excessive striking of horse, abuse or disrespect to any official will result in disqualification.
